Originally  Casa Italia building hosted Albergo Italia, in a magazine of the time we read that "it consisted of 20 rooms (not yet supported by modern systems) and a pleasant-looking building, cheered up by a small garden of palm trees surrounded by a gate on whose pillars the globes of white lamps shine. There are four floors: five in the central body, which is also surmounted by a terrace and enlivened by three balconies. Three terraces one above the other run along the right wing, while on the left there are three loggias with large arches, covered with curtains. A lively and lively whole."
Casa Italia guest house is located 50 meters from the sea and overlooks the alley that runs through the historic center of Spotorno. The experience we want to offer guests is to relive it in two of those 20 rooms (now renovated and comforted by modern systems!).
